Welcome
We at the Tamworth Pantomime Company have developed a friendly, secure, creative environment offering training in all aspects of Musical Theatre, dance technique, drama, singing and stage craft.
Each student has the opportunity to expand individual interests and talents, maximising their potential, whether it be for a future in Show Business or to develop their communication skills, enabling them to become more confident and articulate. All of the children will gain skills and memories that we hope will last them a lifetime. There will be plenty of opportunity for Family and Friends to see the students perform throughout the year at different venues as we have much planned, including appearing in our Annual Pantomime around Christmas every year, Polesworth Carnival in July, whilst not forgetting The Rotary Club’s “Search for a Star Competition” where we have already reached the Grand Final in May; this is a fabulous achievement for all of our Intermediate, Senior Students and Choreographers of whom we are very proud.
Our focus is on Performance rather than working to a Syllabus for examinations, so emphasis remains with “Fun” and “Enthusiasm” as key ingredients.
At the end of the year, the students, as well as their families and friends, will be invited to our Awards Evening, where all of the Students will receive rewards for their sterling efforts, including Special Awards for the Most Outstanding and Promising Students, in all Junior, Intermediate & Senior age groups, as well as awards for Student of the Year and Students’ Students Awards.
